We Started Because Manual Invoice Processing Made No Sense
Back in early 2019, we watched a client's finance team spend three full days processing invoices that should have taken hours. That's when we knew something had to change. NextaHyper was born from that frustration and a simple belief that businesses deserve better tools for their financial operations.
From One Small Office to Serving Taiwan's Growing Businesses
We didn't start with a grand vision or massive funding. Just three people in a cramped office in Taichung, countless cups of coffee, and a lot of conversations with business owners who were tired of drowning in paperwork.
What surprised us most wasn't how complex the solution needed to be. It was how simple businesses wanted it. They didn't need fancy dashboards or complicated workflows. They needed their invoices processed correctly, quickly, and without the constant headaches that came with manual data entry.
Six years later, we're still in Taichung. Our team has grown to fifteen people, but we haven't lost sight of what matters: making invoice processing actually work for real businesses dealing with real problems every single day.

What Actually Matters to Us
These aren't just words on our website. They're the principles that guide every decision we make and every feature we build.
Practical Solutions
We build tools that solve actual problems, not features that look impressive in demos but fall apart in daily use. If it doesn't make your work easier, we don't ship it.
Honest Communication
When something goes wrong, we tell you immediately. When we don't have an answer, we say so. No corporate speak, no hiding behind technical jargon.
Continuous Improvement
Your feedback directly shapes what we build next. We release updates based on what you actually need, not what looks good in our roadmap presentations.
Meet the People Behind the Platform
We're a small team, which means when you reach out, you're talking to the people who actually build and maintain the system you use every day.

Linnea Järvinen
Head of OperationsLinnea spent eight years in corporate finance before joining us in March 2021. She knows exactly where invoice processing breaks down because she lived through those breakdowns herself. Now she makes sure our system actually works for the people using it.

Rorik Vásquez
Technical DirectorRorik joined us in January 2020 after working on financial systems for some of Taiwan's larger enterprises. He's convinced that good software should feel invisible and that the best technical achievement is when users never think about the technology.

How We Actually Approach Invoice Automation
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every business processes invoices differently, and what works for a manufacturing company might not work for a consulting firm.
That's why we spend time understanding your specific situation before suggesting anything. Sometimes that means our system isn't the right fit, and we'll tell you that upfront.
- We start by mapping your current invoice workflow to identify actual bottlenecks
- Our implementation adapts to how your team already works rather than forcing new processes
- Training happens at your pace with real examples from your business
- Support continues long after setup because we know questions come up months later
Most of our clients see meaningful time savings within their first full month. Not because our technology is revolutionary, but because we focus on eliminating the repetitive tasks that waste the most time.
